ISO 50001 - Energy Management Systems

The aim of this standard is to systematically improve the energy performance of your organisation (energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption). This is based on continuous improvement, such as similar standards for quality, safety and environmental management, and is closely linked to an existing ISO 14001 or EMAS system. When applying this standard, three pillars are essential, namely energy analysis, the drawing up of energy programs with performance indicators, and the extension of an energy monitoring strategy. During the audit, we will verify the correct implementation of the requirements laid down in the ISO 50001:2011 standards. This is done by verifying the documentation and by conducting interviews in the various concerned departments of the company.
