Non-urgent lying patient transportation

Government set up an independent commission for non-urgent lying patient transportation to identify, update and follow up on the minimum quality standards in this field.

En 2009, la commission a élaboré une charte de qualité pour mieux garantir la sécurité, le confort et l’hygiène du patient lors du transport non urgent d’un patient alité. Des critères ont notamment été définis pour l'organisation du transport de patients, le personnel et sa formation et l'équipement des ambulances. Cette charte a été testée dans la pratique avec la collaboration de Vinçotte. Vinçotte est le seul certificateur ayant une expérience de cette charte et de plus, nos auditeurs possèdent tous une grande expertise dans le domaine du transport médical secondaire.
