Vinçotte, member of the Kiwa Group, is expanding its service portfolio with a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity solutions.
This move positions Vinçotte as a leading partner for businesses navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape of Industry 4.0.
“More than ever, in the 4th industrial revolution, we will be able to help our customers to ensure their cyber resilience,” says Ilse Vanderlocht, Managing Director at Vinçotte. “Through our Cybersecurity offering we will be able to support them in their challenges.”
Focus on Customer Needs and Regulatory Compliance
The expanded cybersecurity services will cater to a wide range of needs, from vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to incident response planning and cyber risk management. This comprehensive approach allows businesses to build robust defenses against cyber threats, comply with regulations, and maintain trust with stakeholders.
Spearheading these Industry 4.0 services is freshly appointed Global Product Owner Cyber Security and industry veteran Patrick Coomans. “I am super excited to help Vinçotte and KIWA customers increase their cyber resilience through an expansion of our cybersecurity service portfolio,” Patrick expresses his enthusiasm. “Cybersecurity is crucial for success in the digital and AI-driven services of the future, for being compliant with current and upcoming regulation, and for establishing and maintaining trust with all stakeholders in the supply chain.”
Marcel Jutte, Director Business Sector Cyber Security at Kiwa, emphasizes the urgency of addressing cyber threats: "Digital incidents are increasing rapidly and therefore I am excited that the Vinçotte team is rolling out Kiwa's cyber strategy quickly and adequately."
By leveraging the expertise of Kiwa, Vinçotte is well-equipped to support existing customers, but certainly also new customers, in increasing the security of their data and data exchange. "I am very pleased that Vinçotte, with the expansion of the team with Patrick, can help their customers in Belgium and Luxembourg even better with their cyber security challenges”, Marcel elaborates.
Innovation and growth
This expansion of the cybersecurity services portfolio by Vinçotte is in line with the Kiwa Group’s strategy on growth areas such as sustainability, renewable energy, and cyber security. “Cybersecurity is crucial for success in the digital and AI-driven mobility of the future”, says Michel Vandegard, CXO and responsible for Innovation and new services at Vinçotte. “New technologies require clear regulatory frameworks. And we will build trust with our expertise in the growth field of Cybersecurity”.
